The Industrial Placement Program is an arrangement between an employer and a Computer Science and Engineering student over one or two UNSW semesters (i.e., six or twelve months).
Usually, the work will be full time for this duration, which will require the student to apply for Program Leave through the CSE Student Office. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that leave is correctly arranged, and to ensure that their Program will not be affected by this leave.
